LE MORNE BRABANT IS ONE OF THE MOST PRESERVED AND WILDEST MOUNTAINS OF THE ISLAND. SOME STEEPER PARTS OF THE ASCENT WILL REQUIRE THE USE OF OUR HANDS TO PROGRESS SAFELY TOWARDS THE TOP WHERE WE’LL DISCOVER THE BREATH TAKING VIEWS ON THE WEST AND SOUTH WEST LAGOONS AND PART OF THE ISLAND.

PIETER BOTH IS THE MOST ICONIC MOUNTAIN IN MAURITIUS AND THE SECOND HIGHEST AFTER PITON DE LA PETITE RIVIERE NOIRE. IT IS NAMED AFTER PIETER BOTH WHO WAS THE FIRST GOVENOR GENERAL OF THE DUTCH EAST INDIES BEFORE DYING IN A SHIPWRECK ON HIS WAY HOME
TAMARIND FALLS
THE TAMARIND FALLS ALSO KNOWN AS THE 7 CASCADES IS AN ADVENTUROUS HIKE IN THE HEART OF THE ISLAND. IT’S A TOTAL IMMERSION IN OUR TROPICAL FOREST WHERE WE WILL DISCOVER FIVE OR SEVEN wATERFALL OF TAMARIND ONE AFTER THE OTHER.
